Since the beginning of her career as a Real Estate receptionist in 2008, Ivvon has been committed to providing the highest level of service possible to each client she encounters. Having now worked on more than 500 sales, and with her added history working in a loan office, Ivvon offers a wide range of expertise to the team and has become an invaluable asset to The Livyatan group. Her responsibilities include fielding all communication from potential buyers, managing showing appointments, and administering transaction files. Her attention to detail aids the team through the complex scheduling of multiple escrows and listings, with a specialized focus on executing disclosures and assuring contingency timelines are met. Now a licensed agent, Ivvon’s roles have expanded to include facilitating showings and open houses. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she is a welcome addition to the multilingual team, allowing her to assist an even wider range of clientele. Ivvon now lives in Chatsworth, where she enjoys spending time cooking, hiking, and being with family and friends.
